Guests renting the entire property have exclusive access to all facilities, including the pool and apartment. For added security, the villa features an advanced alarm system and backup inverter to ensure uninterrupted power during load shedding.

•Load Shedding: The property is equipped with an inverter system that powers essential appliances, including Wi-Fi and lighting. Some larger appliances, such as the stove and air conditioning, are not connected to the backup system.

•Refundable Deposit: A refundable breakage deposit of R20,000 will be collected before check-in and refunded within 48 hours after checkout, subject to no damages.

•No-Party Policy: To respect our neighbours, loud music and parties are not permitted. Pre-approval is required for hosting small gatherings, with background music limited after 10 PM.

•Child Safety: Children must be supervised at all times near the swimming pool, as the area is not childproof.
